NOTE: As part of onboarding, you will be provided with computer protection software that you must download and install on your machine. This software is designed to thoroughly protect your device and our network. To complete the download, you’ll need to uninstall your existing antivirus, which you can reinstall when your employment at the Institute of Reading Development ends.

IMPORTANT: For call quality assurance, we absolutely cannot support Chromebooks, Windows 7 OS, smartphones, tablets, or any kind of mobile device as the primary machine for this work.
